Additional booking information for your heliski trip

Please ensure that you carefully review the following information regarding our general policies, deposit and payment options, group bookings, etc.

Deposit

A deposit is required for each space reserved. The per-person deposit for a space in a Semi-Private Heliski Package is $1,000 plus tax. The deposit for a Private Package is a group deposit in the amount of $10,000 plus tax. Deposits can be made by cash, cheque (Canada & USA only), bank transfer (ask for bank details), VISA and MasterCard. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

 

Balance of payment

The balance of your payment is due 16 weeks prior to your arrival date. For your convenience, we will send you a reminder 4 weeks prior to the due date. Please allow 2 weeks for postal time. Your reservation cannot be confirmed until we receive your final payment. Payments not received by the due date will result in your space being cancelled.

 

You may make payment by: cash, personal cheque (Canada and US only), bank transfer (call us for banking information), VISA or MasterCard.

 

In order for us to credit your account, please make sure that you identify all payments with your name, address and tour number. We accept payment in US funds. We will credit you with the exchange rate we receive upon deposit of your payment into our account.

 

For expenses incurred in Crescent Spur, we will accept cash, traveller’s cheques, personal cheques (Canada and US only), VISA or MasterCard.

 

 

Fuel surcharge

The price of our ski packages is determined early in the spring, before fuel and helicopter costs for the following season are determined. We reserve the right to add a fuel/helicopter surcharge to the package price, should the cost of the fuel and/or helicopter lease exceed our projected estimates.

 

 

Group bookings

We offer a discount for a group booking of 10 - 20 spaces into our Semi-Private Heliski Package. Please call us for information about this discount. Our Private Group Heliski Packages already have this discount built into the package price. For both types of packages, there are responsibilities of the Group Leader as follows:

1) The group leader or organizer agrees to ensure that all of the participants receive our brochure and are aware of our policies as outlined in the brochure.

2) It is also the responsibility of the group leader to distribute our Release of Liability form to each participant as soon as they have deposited for their space.

3) The group leader agrees to collect the deposit from each participant, remitting it to Crescent Spur Heli-Skiing in one payment, and also to collect the final payment from each participant, remitting in one payment to Crescent Spur Heli-Skiing, and to ensure that all payments meet the deadline dates.

 

 

Terms and conditions

We reserve the right to cancel any heliskiing package at any time. Full refund for the ski package will be given in this event.

 

 

Cancellations

For cancellations made prior to the 16 weeks, payment will be refunded less the initial deposit. There will be no refund for cancellations made within the 16 weeks prior to arrival date. We strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation insurance. We offer Trip Cancellation as an add-on to your package price, or you may purchase this insurance through your own travel agent.
