At Crescent Spur, we take food seriously! We go to lengths to bring you the highest quality dining, ensuring that your energy and spirits are high.
After a day of heli-skiing or heli boarding in the mountains, one really builds an appetite. We know this first hand, so we take food very seriously. We hire great chefs and kitchen staff, only working with those who share in our love of great food!
Our guests often remark on the dining at Crescent Spur. At the risk of seeming boastful, we have to say: our meals are legendary. Part of this is found in how imaginative and wholesome the menu is; meanwhile, many appreciate how we can suit it to meet their particular dietary needs.
Evening dining is an elegant plate service in our communal dining room, where conversation is lively and entertaining. Breakfasts, on the other hand, are served family style. Lunches are also quite remarkable, but this is, in part, for the view; we “lunch” on the mountain.


Our lodge features a warm and inviting family style dining room that very quickly starts to feel like “home.” From here you’ll dig into ample breakfast buffets, grab an espresso whenever the mood suits you, and share in lively activities with your friends and family.

Perhaps you’re the type that can maintain control of your desires. Sadly, we’re not so “strong.” We just can’t resist our chef’s sumptuous desserts! Greg’s selection of cheesecake, brownies, tortes, pie, and crème brûlée will certainly make your mouth water.

Each day begins with a casual and hearty breakfast. Lunches are a mountain picnic of sandwiches, soup, goodies, fruit, chocolate, and hot tea, with spectacular views from the mountain. Dinner is a bit more formal, but always delicious, and a great way to “refresh.”

Heli-skiers return to the lodge at the end of the ski day to platters of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, enjoyed with an icy beer. It’s a perfect opportunity to kick back, snack, sip, and share some stories (or perhaps photos) of the day’s events.

Chef Greg and his team love their work! This is evidenced in their healthy, hearty, exquisitely prepared meals. Each selection features the freshest local ingredients and free-range beef, lamb, Canadian pork, and chicken. Our seafood is also carefully selected from a sustainable fish list.

Careful attention is paid to special dietary requests, such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals. Please let us know a few weeks prior to your arrival if you have special dietary requirements. We’re happy to prepare selections and options around your needs.
