What’s New in the New Year?

Happy New Year!

We wish you the best for the coming season- health, happiness, and lots of powder snow!

Crescent  Spur Lodge is experiencing a whirlwind of activity as staff prepares for the opening of the 2011 season.  As the lodge staff readies the guests room and chefs bake goodies and prepare delicious stocks, the guides are in the mountains doing their very important snow study plots and information gathering.  We’ll have ski updates posted on our website, Twitter & Facebook in the next few days.

Returning guests will see many familiar faces with both guiding staff and lodge staff.  Senior Lead Guide Adam is returning for his 15th season, while Keith is on his 7th season.  Both pilots Trent and Andre are back for their 15th seasons and we are welcoming a new pilot Greg, who has extensive heli-ski flight experience.

What’s new at Crescent Spur for 2011? As always we were busy in the off season with little changes that make it cozier for our guests in both the guests rooms and common areas of the lodge.  We also have more new skis – the very popular Rossignol S7’s.

In our constant dedication to safety and guest service, we are now supplying each guest with a radio. These radios will allow our guests to always be in contact with their guides.

New Guest Radios for Each Guest at Crescent Spur

We look forward to welcoming back guests who have skied or boarded with us in the past years, whom we feel have become a part of the Crescent Spur family.  We are also excited to meet new guests – as always we will work very hard to make your holiday a wonderfully memorable one.

Let it snow!
