Located in the remote wilderness of British Columbia, Crescent Spur offers one of the most unique heli-fishing experiences in Canada.
From our boutique fly fishing lodge, anglers access pristine rivers, freestone streams, and alpine lakes by helicopter, raft, and jet boat.
Our small group heli-fishing trips focus on wild Bull Trout and Rainbow Trout fisheries throughout the Rocky and Cariboo Mountains. With a maximum of 8 anglers per trip and roughly 50 anglers hosted each season, fishing pressure remains extremely low.
Remote Heli Access
Helicopter access allows our guides to reach remote rivers and alpine lakes across two mountain ranges. Many of these waters would require days of hiking to reach without a helicopter.
Trips are designed for small groups of anglers with a 2:1 guest to guide ratio. This allows guides to tailor each day to the interests and abilities of the group.
Depending on conditions, a typical day may include:
- Walk-and-wade fishing on freestone rivers
- Streamer fishing for Bull Trout
- Dry fly fishing for Rainbow Trout
- Sight fishing in alpine lakes
- Float fishing on select rivers

The experience at Crescent Spur Heli-Fishing is outstanding!
