Crescent Spur offers one of the most unique heli-fishing experiences in British Columbia, combining remote fly fishing access with the comfort of a boutique mountain lodge. Our heli-fishing packages are designed for anglers who value access, variety, and uncrowded water.

Each trip is 4 days of guided fishing with 5 nights at Crescent Spur Lodge, with small groups of 8 anglers per departure and a 1:2 guide-to-guest ratio.

From our lodge in the Rocky Mountain Trench of British Columbia, anglers explore remote freestone rivers, side channels, and alpine lakes accessed by helicopter, river boat, and on foot, depending on conditions and the objectives for the day.

With only about 50 anglers visiting each season, our guides have the flexibility to move across a vast region of water that sees little to no fishing pressure.

Every departure is limited to just 8 anglers, allowing guides to tailor each day to conditions and guest preferences.

Helicopter access opens up an enormous range of fishing options across the Northern Rockies and Cariboo Mountains. Guides can move between river systems, explore alpine lakes, or focus on productive sections of water without the limitations of road access.

The result is a fishing experience defined by space, flexibility, and variety, rather than crowded water.

Many guests join our fishing trips on their own.

We regularly pair single anglers with others of similar ability and pace, creating a relaxed and social fishing experience both on the water and at the lodge.
