Helicopter-assisted access to remote fishing and hiking areas

Release of Liability Waiver

A signed Release of Liability Waiver is required by our insurance provider before any guest can participate in a Crescent Spur trip.

Please review the waiver carefully before submitting your inquiry, so you understand this requirement before moving forward with a booking. The waiver does not need to be completed at this time. However, if you choose to book a trip, the completed waiver will be required before your booking can be confirmed.
